It's Official! Broadweave Acquires Veracity

As I posted yesterday, Broadweave is buying Veracity. The Salt Lake Tribune has an article about it here. I have the full text of the press release if anyone is interested. I haven't found it on a web site to link to it, and it's long, so I don't really want to post it unless there's interest.

I feel a lot better about the chances of this thing working with Veracity's people doing the work. I'm still not sure I like the terms of the deal, though.

One thing that I do find funny is the reliance on Fraser Bullock's name to lend weight to Broadweave. He's mentioned in the press release, too.
